Each individual home has its own place in the park and benefits from the well-maintained grounds. Some of the homes also have a stunning view of Ludlow Castle.

Comfort and convenience

Cliff Park has a 12 month residential licence. The Park homes are beautifully and individually situated within the grounds. All homes are linked to essential services (water, electricity, gas and drainage/sewage). The pitch fee (site rent) is paid monthly and is inclusive of water and sewage charges. 

Electric, gas and council tax are payable separately to the provider.

Ludlow town

Cliff Park is located just 10 minutes’ walk from Ludlow Town centre.

Ludlow and its castle are perched on a cliff above the picturesque River Teme in South Shropshire, one of the most unspoiled parts of rural England. The  town breathes history at every turn, but it’s far from being a museum piece. Ludlow centre’s ordered elegance is evidence of the 900 year old Noman town.

CHL Holdings Ltd has been a member of British Holiday & Home Parks Association Ltd (BH&HPA) for over 40 years. We adhere to a set of agreed standards laid down by this trade association.

In addition, all residents have the benefit and assurance of a Written Statement agreement, setting out the rights and responsibilities of both home-owner and park owner.
